Expert has a Ph.D. in engineering and over twenty years experience at the senior levels of management in large and small high technology companies and Universities. He has lectured and authored publications on engineering management and many aspects of electric power technology, and has five patents. He is an experienced and well-regarded expert in engineering management and electric power fallen conductor detection technology. He has consulted on twenty-five court cases involving personal injury, and cases involving property damage from fire and electrical outages, including device operation. He has experience with live deposition and trial testimony.
