Expert has 40 years of engineering and executive experience in the design, installation, and operations of chemical and petrochemical plants. For the last eight years he has consulted on plant operations, product lifecycles, efficiency, safety and risk assessment. He has been retained as a technical expert and expert witness on 9 litigation support cases.

He is experienced in technical marketing, client alliance, account management and technology licensing and transfer. He has expertise and is able to serve as an expert witness in the following: Chemical Engineering, Computerized Process Control, Petrochemical Technology, Plant Operations & Maintenance, Process & Plant Engineering, Remediation Technology, Risk Management, and Waste Management.

He has been involved in technical organization development, training and management. In the areas of product and technology development, he has worked with R&D groups and conducted bench, pilot and commercial scale testing as well as engineering and economic assessments for effective decision-making. He has managed multimillion-dollar turnkey projects that include design, procurement, and construction and start up of production plants.

Expert has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and over 30 years of experience in Nutrition from both the agricultural and medical perspectives. His work and research combines the disciplines of biochemistry, molecular biology, nutrition, and medicine. He has expertise and is able to serve as an expert witness in the following: trace mineral metabolism, vessel wall or vascular tissue disease, vitamin metabolism, quinone cofactors, growth and connective tissue metabolism, developmental nutrition, and use of animal models to study disease and nutritional relationships. Using this knowledge the expert has assisted in four litigation matters.
