Expert has over 35 years of computer science and electrical engineering industry experience. He has prior experience in multiple engagements as a patent infringement and class action expert witness. Currently an independent consultant, he has worked for large computer manufacturers as part of engineering teams developing hardware and software systems. He has expertise and is able to serve as an expert witness in the following areas: Circuit Design, Computer Disk Drive Design, Computer Disk Seek Servo Systems, Host Computer Interfaces, Integrated Disk Controller Design, Microcontroller Interfaces, PC BIOS Software, PC, Windows & Embedded Software, and PC Languages.

Expert is a gradate of Princeton University with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. He has over 40 years of experience largely at the forefront of imaging technology, spanning the range of both black and white and color imaging. This includes a 21 year career at Xerox. At Xerox, he held positions ranging from Senior Scientist to manager of Imaging Sciences Laboratory to Vice President of a Xerox research center. For last 20 years he has been an independent consultant in various segments of the printer and non-impact printing industries. He has expertise and ability to serve as an expert witness in the following: Ink Jet Printers, Color Imaging Technology, Xerographic Technology, Color Laser Printers, Image Enhancement Technology, Black & White Laser Printers, Non-Impact Printing Technology, Optical Copiers and Duplicators. He has significant expert witness experience in over a dozen matters including expert reports, deposition testimony and trial testimony.
