Other: 1006 Expert is an award-winning outdoor writer, nature photographer, lecturer, and whitetail consultant from Bath, New York. He was born and raised on a farm and has devoted his life to photographing, writing and lecturing about nature. His specialty – both as a writer and photographer – is the white-tailed deer. He is the northern field editor for Deer and Deer Hunting magazine and a contributing editor for Whitetail News. In the past 25 years, Expert’s work has taken him across North America. His photography has won numerous state and national contests, and his articles and photographs have appeared in nearly every major outdoor publication, including Outdoor Life, Field & Stream, Sports Afield, Harris Publications and Deer and Deer Hunting. In addition, he has written five popular books on the whitetail and co-authored a sixth. Expert also owns and operates a white-tailed deer research facility and provides consulting services to various segments of the whitetail industry. 1009 Expert has 17 years of experience in the management and operation of the payroll department and system for various companies. A Certified Payroll Professional, he has expertise and knowledge of payroll systems software to include: ADP, Warner Information Systems, Ceridian, Kronos Time and Attendance, MAS 90, ProBusiness Tax Filling, Bank Of America, PeopleSoft, InfoSource, Infinium. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the obligation and responsibilities of payroll services. He has expertise and is able to serve as an expert witness in the following: Payroll practices, Payroll processes, Shared service strategies, Performance metrics, Employment Tax planning, and Electronic Filling. 1179 Expert has over 13 years of experience managing and coordinating both live and internet auctions for two of the industry’s leaders in each respective field. She has worked for major auction houses as a Director and Supervisor in a number of diverse departments including Contemporary Art, Collectibles, and Antique Automobiles. She has expertise and is able to serve as an expert witness in the following: Live and internet auction formats, Auction procedures including collection procurement, client services, pre- and post-auction management, catalog production, public relations, Exhibition and Event Management, Fair Market and Insurance Appraisals, Collectibles, Sports Memorabilia, Fine Art, and Antique. 1180 Expert is a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has over 20 years of experience as a nutritionist within the food industry, developing and launching product lines, conforming them to nutrition and labeling regulations, and educating nutrition-conscious consumers. He has worked for major food and cereal production companies as a Vice President, Nutrition, Director of Nutrition and Labeling Services and Director of Infant Nutrition. His body of work includes includes research and product development involving fats and carbohydrates across a variety of prepared food products as well as expertice in label regulations. He has expertise and is able to serve as an expert witness in the following: : Diet and Nutrition, Regulatory Knowledge & Assistance, Product Health Claims, Nutrition Labeling, Marketing and Communications, and Infant Dietary Guidelines. |
