Dr. Heppe has over 25 years experience in the area of communications engineering with General Electric Space Division, Stanford Telecommunications, Telenergy and the Insitu Group. Dr. Heppe has also served as an independent consultant and expert witness in satellite communications, GPS/cellular and radio technologies, CATV user interfaces, cell networks, GSM and Voice over IP (VoIP).
