After the clients provide the names of the parties, technical/subject matter detail and any unique requirements, Silicon Valley Expert Witness Group undertakes the following process:

- Silicon Valley Expert Witness Group’s technology professionals will study and understand the technology/subject matter to optimally identify expert witness candidates.
- Vet expert witness candidates to the technology/subject matter, availability, schedule and unique client requirements.
- Proffer only expert witness candidates that pass our rigorous screening to our client for further vetting.
